City Logistics Co is a joint venture between Mayfair Group and BlackRock.
We recognise the opportunities arising from the evolving supply-chain landscape driven by the rapid growth of e-commerce. We also understand that traditional industrial businesses – the backbone of New Zealand's industrial markets – require better real estate solutions. We leverage our expertise to provide these businesses with functional and flexible spaces, helping our occupiers navigate the future with confidence.
Our focus is on acquiring and transforming industrial real estate assets located near densely populated urban areas and key transport infrastructure. We target existing industrial areas within New Zealand's gateway cities.

The Principals
Peter Dufaur
Peter has over 30 years' experience in the New Zealand property market. This has included 10 years as Head of Development for Goodman Property Trust up until mid 2017, where he oversaw more than $1.8 billion of successful commercial and industrial property development. Peter has also worked as a retail property developer for Kiwi Income Property Trust and as a development partner for numerous private multi-unit residential developers.
In 2017, Peter established Mayfair Group Limited, to take advantage of emerging opportunities in the New Zealand real estate development and investment markets. Alongside a strong track record in property development, asset management and funds management across a wide variety of sectors in the New Zealand property market, Mayfair also have significant skills in property related structured financing, funding and taxation matters.
This blend of corporate and private real estate experience has led to the establishment of City Logistics Co – a joint venture between Mayfair Group and Blackrock.
Jarrod MacGregor
With over 25 years’ experience in managing, repositioning and adding significant value to a mixture of industrial, commercial and retail portfolios within the New Zealand and United Kingdom property markets, Jarrod has had responsibility for portfolios ranging between $700m to $1.2 billion in value for entities such as Goodman Property Trust, Southpark Corporation, Ashtenne Holdings and JLL.
Within the NZ market Jarrod has managed the establishment of leases for over 1.5 million square metres and has overseen the repositioning of $1bn of property assets through development and sales. Jarrod has also acted for a number of substantial off shore corporate real estate funds.
Jarrod joined Peter Dufaur in 2017, to become a founding principal of Mayfair Group and subsequently City Logistics Co.
